A New Video & The Blog Link

NDS-PuRiTy submitted a new video that features him making a Rail Detonator Jump (RJ) from the Red Base (RB) to the Gold Base (GB) in The Challenge At Nar Shadda (C@NS) Capture the Flag (CTF) map. Check it out via my JKDF2 video blog.

There's now 20 videos to watch as part of this project. Check them all out via the forum.

Initialize

This project begins with 19 videos that I created in 2010. I will continue to contribute to the project when I have the time. However, I would appreciate it if others would also contribute. If you're interested, simply watch the videos to get an idea of where I'm going with this, create your video (the skybox is the limit), upload it to your service of choice (e.g. YouTube) & post a link to it in the associated thread (see below). I will keep the list updated in the initial post & everyone that contributes will be added to the team page. Videos for both JKDF2 & JKMOTS are welcome & that goes for all of their associated maps & mods. Be as creative as you'd like & invite others to be a part of your videos with you.

I have pushed an unfinished version of JediBoard to Heroku if anyone would like to play around with it. You can access the page with the following link.

There's still a bit of work to do but it's coming along nicely. I'm aware of a multitude of problems, including the errors with the colors & layout & will resolve them soon.

If you'd like to post a link to your mods, maps or hostname, the field(s) use the Markdown language. If you're not familiar with that syntax, I've posted examples on my forum.

GitHub

I set up a code repository for JediBoard on GitHub for anyone that's interested in that sort of thing. The entire project hasn't been pushed yet because I'm tweaking some things but when I'm done it'll be pushed to GitHub before being pushed to the sever.

Status: Potentially Resurrected

I recently moved to another country & sold almost all of my possessions, including the parts (the motherboard had failed) to my old web server. I have a potential new server & am hoping to get it up & running very soon (it's just a matter of installing & configuring the operating system & packages). Once it's up & running I should be able to deploy the first version of JediBoard. May the Force be with me.

New Screenshots!

My wife & I just had a baby daughter on 12/11 so I haven't had much time for editing but I did manage to get something done. Here are 2 new screenshots for you to enjoy.

Screenshots

I have posted some screenshots of this map. One of the hallways may end up becoming a part of another project (it doesn't really match this one). I did most of the architecture & texturing for this project years ago so I will probably be updating a lot of it.
