Looking Nice.

I take it the left display is the Health ( on top in red ) and Shields ( below it ), and then
the right display is the force-level ?

The supply or energy level of the batteries, for the IR goggles, are the red dots on the left display, right?

But looking good.
I like the larger and easily readable LCD display.
And I've always wanted an actual numeric readout for 'how much' force mana was has left.
( Easier to know how much a force power uses that way, and whether you have enough on hand for a particular action ).

EDIT: I Take that back; on the right most display, that number is probably the gun-ammo amount. But it would be kewl to have numbers for both. Maybe green number=force; yellow number= gun ammo. But nice.

Honestly? The HUD looks kludgey and amateur. It just needs to be larger and easier to read, along with the other fonts.

If you want to improve upon it, look at JO's HUD for inspiration. It has the compactness of JK's HUD with a more modern look.

To be fair, with how JK's HUD (and use of fonts) works, anything is going to be kludgey. You can't make the in-game chat font much bigger or the scoreboard becomes unreadable because things overlap. The numeric readouts in the HUD have a fixed location based on the upper left corner of the background graphic; this is giving me trouble with the supershield font that I haven't solved yet.

Yeah, the graphics themselves could use some work. I'm gonna post a template in the downloads for people to draw on while I try and hammer out some font issues. I still have some stuff in mind for how it's going to look but actually realizing said design may prove tough for me.
