Wow those pipes going around that corner looks pretty difficult to make. When this is completely done I will also give this a shot, and it looks like you have been at this for awhile like I have my little project. This is looking awesome. Great 16 bit textures.

btw: Ive been keeping a list of other members projects that are being released or will be released some day, so I wont forget this.

I work on it for a while, then get frustrated, then life gets in the way and another year rolls by.

But I do keep coming back to it. I am enjoying the process.

Making a comprehensive set of levels from scratch (well not from scratch, I mean I don't have to program the engine!) involves WAY more than I thought. But it is coming along and I keep chipping away at it. So far there has not been one idea that I have had to delete because I couldn't figure out how to implement it. I almost had to with my big worm puppet, but I finally got it to work last year. I'm certainly not as good at the architecture as some (there are some absolutely beautiful loooking levels being made!), nor am I a great programmer (some of the cogs written, I can't even wrap my head around), but I am creating a story that I feel is working great, and I hope a few people (eventually) find fun. With that said, back to the real world for a while ...

By the way Darth Dan, I am only using 8 bit textures. I decided almost right away I wanted these levels to be compatible with JK with out any patches (although I think you need the jk.cd file). Simply because I was having trouble with many 16 bit textures in levels and other patches. But I certainly take that as a compliment!

Nice name. I fits very well, what was Karro anyways. Like the guy you play as, or just a name.

Karro is Dr. Enzar Karro who is a scientist that is suddenly (after level 1) on the Rebellions radar. It seems he has been conducting experiments for the Empire and managed to keep an extremely low profile while up to no good. It will be your assigment as Daare Favre to find out what he has been up to. The character Karro was inspired by a nightmare I had while having an extreme fever. Although in the dream the character floated above me as he attacked, after much consideration this would be impractical for gameplay. Karro as a title was a good place to start.
