Description
Mat16 converts the following formats: Bitmap to 16-bit Mat 8-Bit Mat to 16-Bit Mat Mat to Bitmap CMP to .ACT or .PAL note: JED .95 and above support 16-bit mats. 16-bit Mat's will not work in Jedi Knight's software display mode. 16-bit mats are a "discovered" feature of the Jedi Knight engine.
